After sales service commitment letter

The products sold by our company are accompanied by product certificates, packing lists, and equipment identification numbers. A customer service file is established based on the sales contract. The after-sales service includes installation and debugging of equipment, on-site guidance, providing free software upgrades, operation training, technical consultation, etc.

1. Our company offers a one-year free warranty for all types of products 。

2. The start date of the warranty period shall be based on the purchase invoice; If no invoice is issued at the time of delivery, the delivery date shall prevail; For products delivered and used by our company, the date of handover and signature by both parties shall prevail.

3. During the warranty period, any product quality issues that occur during the user's correct operation and use according to the user manual are covered by the warranty, and repair costs are waived (excluding vulnerable parts).

4. Users are provided with free debugging, regular warranty, free training, and free experimental manuals upon purchase.

5. The following situations are not covered by the warranty: damage caused by incorrect transportation, installation, maintenance, use, or self disassembly or modification (on-site repair requires travel and repair fees); Damage caused by other uncontrollable factors; The product or invoice number filled in the after-sales service warranty card does not match or has been altered with the repaired product.

6. If the user requests on-site after-sales service, please call the after-sales service hotline first to apply, or register at the online customer service center. When users apply, they should provide a product after-sales service warranty card.

7. The company has various spare parts for this product. If the equipment cannot be used normally due to product quality issues, the company will be responsible for replacing the relevant components free of charge until the equipment operates normally. After the warranty period expires, the cost of components will be charged for each warranty, and travel and maintenance fees will be waived. The user can also purchase them themselves, and our technical personnel will provide technical support for installation.

8. Fill out the equipment maintenance work report for each maintenance, and ask the user to sign it. Submit the work report to the user every quarter. Tour once a year.

9. For other services, please contact our sales center directly. We have a dedicated hotline service that responds within 24 hours and resolves any issues within 3 working days upon arrival.

10. Personnel training: While installing and debugging user products, provide training to relevant personnel for a period of three to five days, with adjustments made in special circumstances.
