Sanmenxia Vocational and Technical College is a public full-time higher vocational college established in 1999 with the approval of the Ministry of Education. It is one of the longest running colleges in Henan Province and has obtained the qualification for higher vocational education among similar colleges. The college covers an area of 1400 acres (with another 2000 acres of new campus under planning and construction), with a school building of 380000 square meters, complete teaching and living facilities, reasonable layout, and complete functions. The college has 11 teaching departments and more than 50 enrollment majors, covering agriculture and forestry, biochemistry, manufacturing, civil engineering, finance and economics, tourism, materials and energy, electronic information, cultural education, art design, and medical nursing. It has formed a professional system mainly focused on engineering, integrating science, economics, culture, management, education, art, and other coordinated development.
At present, the college has established three provincial-level teaching reform pilot majors, five provincial-level characteristic specialty construction points, two provincial-level comprehensive reform pilot majors, three provincial-level boutique courses, one provincial-level boutique resource sharing course, and two provincial-level excellent teaching teams. The "Henan Province Energy saving Lighting Engineering Technology Research Center" and "Sanmenxia Key Laboratory of Biology" have successively passed the acceptance inspection, greatly promoting the construction of disciplines and majors, and enhancing scientific and technological service capabilities.
This time, we have purchased 92 sets of drawing training desks, drawing teaching models, mechanical drawing display cabinets and other products from our company. The successful completion of the laboratory acceptance is inseparable from the long-term care and guidance of the school leaders and experts for Bairui.
