1. This unit integrates five types of work functions: extrusion, blowing, suction, pressing, and punching. It has the characteristics of low cost, small size, safe use, and convenient installation. For the convenience of teaching, the equipment is designed to be mobile and meet the teaching requirements of teachers. And able to complete various molding demonstrations in the classroom.
2. By using universal thermoplastic materials and corresponding molds, extrusion, blow molding, vacuum molding, and product punching can be completed.
3. Operation control part, touch screen (human-machine interface), full computer control system. Using a LCD touch screen for human-machine communication, manual and automatic operation functions are executed. The screen is equipped with all mold animations and related annotations, as well as operation parameter modification functions. The entire machine implements interactive interlocking automatic control, which can overcome all operational errors The stainless steel control panel consists of four temperature control display windows, a small frequency converter, a volume adjustment panel, a touch screen window, and an emergency stop switch.
4. Equipped with a voice system (sound quality up to professional announcer level), equipped with a stereo speaker device, with voice prompt functions such as operation guidance, prompts, and error correction. The voice control system adopts a UOM voice module with built-in SD storage card, which facilitates the replacement of sound.
Control part components (parameters): PLCFATEK output speed 10KHZ, touch screen (human-machine interface) WE! 5. The control circuit adopts DC 24V, and all gas pipes and wires are connected in a hidden tube style. The main line is connected in a chain structure and equipped with a cooling system. The air source is filtered in two layers, and the electrical box door adopts voice prompts and corresponding text prompts to ensure the safety of the user.
6. The cutting blade adopts a heated constant temperature cutting blade, with a safe voltage of 24V. The cutting blade is driven by a precision free type cylinder, with an effective cutting speed and safety factor designed.
7. The extrusion cylinder adopts NTP series, fully hard screw, alloy grade A, and the mouth mold is an adjustable blank shape with an independent structure, which is convenient for disassembly and assembly.
8. It uses a silent vacuum pump as the power source and is built into the chassis. Its working noise is 38 decibels. The system pressure is 0.6, and no lubricating oil is required for maintenance during use (oil-free type), ensuring the cleanliness of the vacuum.
9. The sol-gel power adopts a speed regulating motor. The sol and heating system of this machine adopts a vertical structure. To ensure user safety, a fully enclosed cover is used. To increase visibility, the three sides of the cover are made of transparent brown radiation resistant material, and the rear side is assembled for easy maintenance and repair. The locking and opening parts adopt SNS precision positioning pneumatic structure. The sensor is non-contact.
10. The size of the cover is 580x155x340mm. The machine is surrounded by a semi open design, with an aluminum alloy industrial profile on the front, a downward opening window structure, and a magnetic contact mechanism. The column adopts hard chromium precision guide rod, and the guide sleeve adopts self-lubricating carbon graphite alloy guide sleeve and UBC precision linear bearing. The hardness of the column is HRC55.
The aluminum alloy part of the host is made of hardened aluminum alloy plate and subjected to oxidation treatment, with a hardness of HB90 and a yield strength of 245.
The cooling water pump adopts a DC blade pump, with a capacity of 12 liters per minute, to ensure sufficient cooling of the mold and injection cylinder. The size of the water tank is 550x370x300.
