Overview:
This set of experimental benches is an innovative comprehensive experimental platform designed specifically for undergraduate and vocational college students to innovate mechanical motion schemes, cultivate their comprehensive mechanical design ability, innovation ability, and practical assembly ability


Functional features:
This experimental platform is mainly composed of a frame, a disassembly platform, an electric motor, a belt transmission device, a low auxiliary rod group (Level II and III) cam, gears and racks, groove wheels, various rotary pairs, moving pairs, basic components and connecting parts of composite hinges. More than 60 types of planar mechanism motion schemes can be assembled on this experimental platform. The length size of the low auxiliary rod group in the experimental platform can be adjusted countless times, with a large range of length size changes, a novel joint structure, simple and convenient operation, and flexible movement, greatly improving the assembly efficiency of the mechanism's motion plan. The components of the low auxiliary rod group in the experimental platform have moderate external dimensions of the connecting parts, and all parts are ground and processed with high accuracy. The surface is blue and chrome plated, with a beautiful appearance and easy maintenance, and a long service life.

(1) This experimental platform can be conveniently and quickly overlapped on four racks to form various planar mechanism motion schemes, and the movement of the mechanism can be achieved through manual or motor drive. The parts have strong universality, high accuracy and stiffness, and are easy to disassemble and assemble during use. The mechanism has small motion error and flexible movement.
(2) The length of the connecting rod of the experimental platform can be adjusted step by step over a large range, making it convenient to install a paintbrush on the rod and scan the motion trajectory (such as the curve of the connecting rod).

After the mechanism overlap is completed, the experimental platform can also conveniently install sensors as needed to detect the displacement, angle, velocity, acceleration and other motion parameters of single or multiple mechanisms in the mechanism. By using a matching testing analyzer and software, the relationship curve of motion parameter changes can be clearly and intuitively observed on the computer.
Detection software: It can display the relationship curves of various characteristic values of test parameters and changes in various motion parameters, automatically or in combination with human-machine testing analysis, motion simulation, theoretical simulation, data saving, and submission of experimental report templates.
