1、 The purpose of using the experimental box
The mechanical transmission device is the main component of a machine or unit, playing an important role in transmitting power or changing motion. Choosing the transmission type according to needs and combining reasonable mechanical transmission schemes is an important content in the teaching of Mechanical Design.
The purpose of use is to:
1. Deepen the intuitive and theoretical understanding of various types of mechanical transmissions;
2. By assembling various combination transmission schemes, the transmission characteristics of different schemes can be compared and analyzed. This experimental box is an ideal platform for cultivating students' innovation ability;
3. This experimental box is portable, electric or manual, and can be configured in an open laboratory. Students can also borrow it and use their spare time to assemble it, improving their hands-on ability and learning interest.
2、 Experimental content
1. Assemble various types of combinations of mechanical transmissions, observe various single-stage transmissions, analyze their transmission principles and characteristics;
2. Compare and analyze the characteristics of different combination transmissions.
★ The device has added a remote communication protocol module, which can achieve:
Remote teaching function:
1) Real time teacher and student one-on-one remote teaching, remote communication function;
2) Manufacturers and equipment administrators provide real-time guidance on equipment operation and maintenance;
Laboratory management functions:
1) The equipment is equipped with a set of laboratory management system software and hardware, implementing a one person, one account mode for administrators. Through the mobile APP communication protocol, administrators with more than 10 people can manage the equipment at any distance, including recording (automatic start) and playback of the equipment operation process, as well as automatically starting the infrared alarm function when the equipment is turned off.
3、 Introduction to the experimental box
1. Experimental box configuration and main technical parameters; This experimental box is equipped with 63 types of 162 self-made parts, 20 standard parts, 8 purchased parts, and 4 types of 5 assembly tools. Most of the parts inside the box are made of refined hard aluminum alloy, with high processing accuracy and lightweight and convenient use. The workbench panel is made of hard aluminum profiles with T-shaped grooves, making assembly convenient and fast. The names, quantities, and main technical parameters of various parts are shown in the attached table.
2. Assembly plan: Using the components equipped in this experimental box, dozens of mechanical transmission plans can be assembled
Mainly including:
(1) Single stage transmission: V-belt transmission, chain transmission, cylindrical gear transmission, bevel gear transmission, groove wheel mechanism, single cross universal coupling transmission, etc.
(2) Transmission: Refer to the design of CA6132 precision lathe transmission.
Manual sliding sleeve allows two or three gears to slide along two spline shafts respectively. By meshing different gears on three transmission shafts (two spline shafts and one flat key shaft), a 9-level transmission ratio can be obtained. The three transmission shafts can be arranged in a triangular shape or unfolded. Remove the flat key shaft and install the intermediate wheel shaft and intermediate wheel to obtain a gear transmission containing the intermediate wheel.
(3) Multi stage combination transmission: Two or more types of single stage transmission and gearbox can be selected from the above, and connected by coupling or clutch to form a multi-level combination transmission.
